With an Industrial Design degree from London’s Brunel University, I began working in mechanical engineering before starting in 3D animation and then moving to motion graphics, primarily using Adobe After Effects software. Projects have varied from multi-layered video, text and graphics to content for interactive and desktop apps, kiosks and exhibits, all the way to complex 3D video projections.
I introduced and set up a motion graphics platform for a previous employer, Sonalysts Studios (a production and design studio). This evolved, enabling the studio to develop a highly profitable broadcast design department, providing motion graphics for major companies and television networks. My technical contributions helped streamline digital communications internally (and between) departments, increasing efficiencies and expanding production capabilities.
Together with 3D animation, motion graphics and video, I have worked in project management and design, as well as scripting and programming. This unconventional mix of both the creative and technical has given me a more effective way of working, resulting in more productive and dynamic projects.
With this broad in-depth experience, I am well-versed in digital content creation for a wide-range of markets and audiences; creating powerful and compelling designs and animations (as shown in my portfolio below).
As both motion graphic specialist and a digital media generalist, I've introduced new ideas and ways of working. From creating file-management systems through to new departments, helping and problem-solving for colleagues, clients and companies; I exceed expectations with an affable and friendly personality.
